By accessing https://jacobsmartialarts.net or enrolling in any program offered by Jacobs Martial Arts Academy, LLC ("Jacobs Martial Arts Academy," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our programs.

Jacobs Martial Arts Academy offers martial arts instruction, fitness, and related programs for children, teens, and adults at our Urbandale, Iowa location. Program availability, schedules, and pricing may change at any time.

Intro offers, memberships, and event bookings are charged through our payment processor. Recurring memberships continue until you cancel in writing per the terms of your membership agreement.

Our money-back guarantee: "If after your first few classes you feel this isn't the right fit, just let me know and I'll make it right. I want every family to feel completely confident getting started." — Master Tim Jacobs. Outside the intro-period guarantee, fees for completed services are non-refundable except where required by law.

Martial arts and fitness training involve inherent physical risk, including risk of injury. By participating, you (and, for a minor, the parent or legal guardian) acknowledge and assume those risks and agree to follow all instructor directions, facility rules, and safety requirements. A separate liability waiver is required before participation; these Terms do not replace that waiver.

By providing your email or phone number to Jacobs Martial Arts Academy, you consent to receive transactional and marketing communications from us, including calls and text messages sent by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of email at any time using the unsubscribe link, or stop SMS by replying STOP.

All content on https://jacobsmartialarts.net — including text, graphics, logos, photos, video, curriculum, and the Warrior Martial Arts System materials — is owned by Jacobs Martial Arts Academy, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

The site and our programs are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jacobs Martial Arts Academy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific belt rank, fitness, self-defense, or competitive outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jacobs Martial Arts Academy, LLC and its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the site or participation in our programs. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of IA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the site or programs will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in IA.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above and post the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the site or our programs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
